Dan Registration Form

Please type out the form completely and submit this form with your dan exam form.


DAN REGISTRATION INFORMATION
The original request form must be accompanied by one passport-sized photograph (or digital photo) attached to the Dan Registration form along with the dan exam form and the appropriate exam and registration fees. These materials should be sent to the 
South Atlantic Regional Office.
Exam and Registration fees should be made payable to 
South Atlantic ISKF, LLC.
All Dan ranking is registered with the International Shotokan Karate Federation. The ISKF will evaluate all registration requests for approval and issuance of registration numbers. Dan certificates will be forwarded from the ISKF Headquarters to the South Atlantic Regional Director, who will then deliver them to the student or their instructor.
